On Monday, August 25th  Campus Portal for parents and students was launced.   Please direct parents to our main webpage > Parents > Infinite Campus Portal.  This site has links, videos, and documents that will guide parents and students through the process of accessing the portal.

A Campus Portal support line is available beginning Monday, August 25th from 8:30 am - 8:00 pm.  You may direct parents to call #678-676-1131 if they continue to need assistance after visiting the district's main webpage.  

If a parent contacts you for their Activation Key, you may retrieve this from Campus by following these steps.  Activation codes should only be given out to a parent providing a picture ID:  (please share this information with anyone in your school that may get an inquiry)

Census > People - Search Student

Relationships - find parent name

Be sure Portal box is checked (if you make a change, SAVE work)

Click on parent name (in blue)

Click on Demographics tab (this is the parent's demographics page)

Print Person Summary Report -  GUID number is the activation key

Student accounts are the same as before.  Their User ID is 'S' and their 7-digit DCSD student number.  Their password was brought over from eSIS.  If they do not remember it, they should go to the district's main webpage and view the Account Management video which will walk them through resetting their password.  Please reserve the Campus Portal support line for parents.
